Dr. Rousso is internationally renowned for his contribution to the field of hair replacement surgery. Dr. Rousso was one of the founding members of the International Society of Hair Replacement Surgery and helped organize the first meeting for this organization. He has been the director of multiple courses teaching other physicians the artistry and techniques for hair replacement surgery. He is a Past President of the ISHRS. Dr. Rousso also is one of the founders of the American Board of Hair Replacement Surgery.

Dr. Rousso uses the latest techniques in follicular unit grafting, micrograft and minigraft surgery to give his patients a most natural result. He has pioneered many of the techniques in scalp reduction and scalp flap surgery and is recognized as a world leader in this area. Dr. Rousso limits his practice to facial plastic surgery. He commonly performs facial rejuvenation procedures including face lifting, eyelid surgery, nasal plastic surgery, laser surgery, endoscopic surgery, and hair replacement surgery.
