Dr Sandeep Sattur is an alumnus of the Grant Medical College, Mumbai, India. He completed his MB; BS, MS (General Surgery) and M Ch (Plastic Surgery) from this institute.

He has been practicing in Mumbai for the last six years being affiliated to and having hospital privileges at the following hospitals in Mumbai:

Dr Sattur has been associated with hair restoration for the last six years. This has involved all the aspects including, counselling, planning, and operating patients requiring hair restoration. He has successfully treated alopecia of varied etiology including androgenetic alopecia (common baldness), pattern baldness in females, post burnalopecia etc using follicular unit micro grafting.

His memberships include Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI) and Association of Medical Consultants.

He is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS)
