Dr. Laris graduated from Gannon University in Pennsylvania and continued his education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific where he received his Medical Degree. His internship was completed at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He then returned to southern California to continue his Dermatology training.

Dr. Laris is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Charters Member of the American Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. In addition to the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, he is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons Association of California and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Laris is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association..

He performs hair transplantation in Phoenix, Austin and Dallas.
